How do I return an item?

Use the contact form on the ‘Contact’ page or send us an email at and provide us with your order number, item you want to return, and the reason why you are returning the item.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

We provide you with a return shipping label but you may have to use your own shipping supplies if you did not keep the original packaging we sent.

Are there restocking fees on my return?

You may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee depending on the condition of the item you have returned.

Can I return an item that has been cerakoted?

Unfortunately if you use our cerakoting services you will not be able to refund your purchase.

I already returned my item. Where is my refund?

Once we receive your return item we will process the refund within 1 to 2 business days after we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item(s). At which time you will receive an email confirmation. You should see a credit back to your payment method within 3 business days.
